We are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join a leading retail company. In this role, you will drive procurement strategies and improve procurement processes across Japan. 主な業務内容

• 各ブランドのステークホルダーと連携し、間接購買カテゴリの調達計画を策定・実行
• 国内外のパートナーと協力し、購買目標の達成および戦略プロジェクトの支援
• 日本および韓国における主要資本支出の交渉をリードし、プロジェクトを効果的に実施
• 市場動向や業界基準を把握し、ステークホルダーへのアドバイス提供
• サプライヤーの品質とリスクを管理し、継続的な改善に注力
• 調達プロジェクトを始めから終わりまで監督し、コスト効率とイノベーションに焦点を当てる
• 企業ガイドラインに準拠し、予算作成やパフォーマンス報告を行う

応募資格

• 日本におけるマルチエンティティまたはクロスファンクショナルな環境での調達またはサプライチェーン管理の経験5年以上
• OPEXおよびCAPEXの入札管理の実績、ガイドラインに沿った経験
• 交渉、コミュニケーション、関係管理のスキルが高く、他者に影響を与える能力
• 学士号必須、日本語が流暢でビジネスレベルの英語力
