We are looking for a driven Indirect Procurement Assistant Manager for a client in the chemical industry. This role is important for improving import/export operations and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. You will work with local and regional teams to boost supply chain efficiency. This is a chance to work in a dynamic environment, engage with global supply chain networks, and contribute to key projects. You will play a key role in improving processes and enhancing operations for a leading chemical company.

職務内容:

• - 輸出入業務をリードし、円滑な物流サービスを確保する。
• - 日本での通関業務を管理し、法令および社内ポリシーに従ったコンプライアンスを確保する。
• - サービスプロバイダーとの強固な関係を維持し、輸送業務を管理し、迅速に課題を解決する。
• - 3PLおよびLLPのパフォーマンスを監視し、改善を推進する。
• - 物流コストを管理し、コスト削減とプロセス改善の方法を模索する。
• - 各部門や政府機関と協力し、物流調達をサポートする。
• - プロジェクトに参加し、ビジネスユニットに物流ソリューションを提供する。

資格要件:

• - 学士号必須。
• - 物流業務、特に倉庫管理と配送業務で5年以上の経験を有する方。化学業界での経験や地域的な役割の経験があれば尚可。
• - MS OfficeおよびSAPに精通し、物流業務に関する知識が豊富であること。
• - 日本語と英語に堪能であること。
