Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a HR Manager. You'll support the entire group in Japan, and oversee & manage HR strategies for multiple new hotel openings.

This is a great chanced for an experienced HR to step into a major strategic role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel pre-opening and opening HR strategies.
• Support new hotel openings in Japan; onboard Hotel GMs and individual hotel's HR Leads.
• Collaborate with global offices; lead the localization of HR practices for Japan.
• Work with global HR teams on best practice and knowledge sharing.
• Work with regional Talent Director on talent plans.
• Promoting internal roles for succession and talent opportunities.
• Collaborate with L&D team on Japan training management.
• Update HR processes & tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR management.
• Experience in hotel / hospitality industry.
• Able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Ability to innovate and adapt HR practices to local contexts.
• Must be fluent in Japanese.
