Role Summary:

Our client is searching for HR Specialist.

This role requires the development and implementation of strategic HR plans, enhancing the employee experience for employees involved in M&A processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to HR procedures related to M&A process.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve new hire experiences.
  • Formulate plans for employee migration and cultural integration.
  • Maintain effective communication across diverse channels.
  • Create and update presentation materials as needed.
  • Participate in client meetings, gathering essential data for integration plans.
  • Address potential employee impacts, providing training and support as needed.
  • Adapt HR plans according to employee feedback and needs.
  • Collaborate in the development of a cooperative leadership model.


Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Proficient in English, including document creation and negotiations.
  • Ability to guide employees through post-M&A organizational changes.
  • Experience in cross-cultural interactions and global relationship building.
  • Experience with survey tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR labor laws and operational aspects of HR (preferred).
