Our client are a global leader in financial services / insurance, recruiting a HR Operations Specialist.

You'll bring together HR, accounting teams, and payroll vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.

業務内容:

• 人事オペレーションの管理（給与および退職金の支払いを含む）
• 社員の住宅手配の管理
• 休職関連のオペレーション対応
• 定期的な給与・ボーナス業務の実施
• 社会保険の管理
• オンライン出勤管理システムの管理
• 会計および税務監査への参加
• 労働基準監督署の調査対応

応募資格:

• 人事オペレーションの経験が3年以上
• 金融サービス、保険、またはその他のサービス業界での経験が望ましい
• 関連する労働法および規制の知識
• 日本語が流暢であること
• グローバルな環境での経験があれば尚可
