HR Operations Manager (Global Consumer Goods) 人事・オペレーションマネージャー

Our client are a global consumer goods company, recruiting a Human Resources Operations Manager. You'll take on a wide range of responsibilities, including developing and implementing HR policies. You'll also payroll, compensation, and employee data.

This is a chance to broaden your responsibilities and take a strategic role in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop HR policies and procedures.
  • - Manage projects that improve efficiency of HR processes.
  • - Oversee annual salary planning, monthly payroll, and compensation reviews. Educate leaders and employees on compensation policies.
  • - Manage retirement plans, both defined benefit and defined contribution.
  • - Resolve employee conflicts / labor relations issues.
  • - Coordinate employee health care policy.
  • - Work with external vendors to enhance HR services.


Qualifications:

  • - 10+ years of HR operations experience, including payroll and pension management.
  • - Labor relations experience.
  • - Deep knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations.
  • - Experience in the FMCG sector (preferred).
  • - Must be fluent in Japanese.
