You will lead a team & oversee Human Resources operations for the hotel. You'll drive human capital strategies, refine performance evaluation systems, and promote talent development.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and lead HR strategic plans.
• Ensure HR activities comply with corporate strategies and specific hotel needs.
• Update and ensure adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
• Work with management to set and enforce hotel rules and regulations, overseeing related training and communication.
• Contribute to the hotel's financial goals through strategic HR management.
• Manage daily operations and the HR team.
• Oversee HR team training and development, ensuring compliance with procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR management.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Strong communication, organization, and strategic planning abilities.
• Hospitality / hotel industry experience (preferred).
