HR Generalist (人事)
Our client are a consumer goods company seeking a HR Generalist for their Tokyo office.
The role encompasses a range of HR activities, from recruitment to performance management, and presents an excellent path for skill development & career development.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with regional headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process including job advertising, candidate screening, and leading interview processes.
- Innovate and refine the new hire orientation procedures.
- Advocate for a harmonious workplace by proactively addressing and monitoring all employment-related issues and fostering positive relationships.
- Diagnose training needs, curate an annual Learning & Development roadmap, and champion organizational changes.
- Revamp and upgrade the company's compensation & benefits structure.
- Guide initiatives like the Annual Salary Review and job banding.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a generalist human resources role.
- Demonstrated capability in multi-tasking, responsibility, and a hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Tools with proven data analysis and reporting skills.
