We are recruiting an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a well-established Global IT Consultancy to manage HR operations for 200 consultants.
Our client offers a flexible working style, with hybrid / remote working available.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Talent Management.
- Plan and adjust headcount based on needs.
- Track HR metrics and collaborate with other HR departments.
- Address HR issues with team leaders.
- Assist with HR strategies during mergers or restructures.
- Assess employee engagement and gather feedback.
- Provide HR tools and guidance to Team Managers.
- Work with Business leaders on talent development.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years in HR with a keen focus on Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management.
- Proficiency in Japanese Labor Law and pertinent regulations.
- Demonstrated experience across core HR functions.
- Exceptional collaborative abilities and a knack for fostering strong partnerships within the organization.
- Strong communication prowess in both Japanese and English
