Our client are a leader in Real Estate and Investment, recruiting an HR Associate Director for Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Design and implement HR strategies.
• - Manage employee engagement programs.
• - Develop and manage training programs to improve employee skills.
• - Oversee performance appraisals to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
• - Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• - Ensure all HR policies comply with local labor laws.

Qualifications:

• - 7+ years in HR, with a focus on strategic HR management.
• - Experience as a HRBP (preferred)
• - Experience with each of the following preferred: Employee engagement, Labor law, Performance Review Cycles, Talent Management, and HR Policy review
• - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
