Our client are a global hotel group, recruiting a Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing to lead strategy at multiple properties.

Our client allows remote work from anywhere in Japan, with travel to the properties being required only once per month. A housing allowance is available for those considering relocation.

業務内容：

• 営業戦略の策定および実施を通じて、複数ホテルの稼働率、平均客室単価（ADR）、販売可能客室あたりの収益（RevPAR）を向上させる。
• レベニューマネジメントと連携し、価格設定および流通戦術を開発・実施する。
• マーケティングキャンペーンおよび戦略を主導する。
• 営業およびマーケティングチームをリードし、管理する。

応募資格：

• ホテル営業・マーケティングの豊富な経験。
• チームマネジメント経験。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
