Specialized Group is working on a retained search for a leading European luxury brand to hire their new Head of HR.
This luxury brand is looking to make some important strategic moves this year in terms of the brand direction, business strategy, as well as their HR strategy. The potential Head of HR will have the opportunity to lead new HR projects and initiatives in Japan while working very closely with HQ leaders.
They are looking for someone who is strong in employee engagement, internal communication, as well as someone with a strong foundation in HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dynamic, and hands-on. Background in retail, luxury, apparel, or hospitality is a plus, but not a must.
This is an exciting opportunity to step up into a Head of HR position in the luxury industry, and make a big impact with new, exciting HR projects that will spearhead the brand's new direction.
