Responsibilities

• - Lead & manage multiple teams
• - Lead financial strategy for Japan
• - Advise the executive leadership on financial trends and strategies to secure the company's future.
• - Work with client service teams to set and negotiate client fees.
• - Manage monthly financial forecasts & evaluate financial health
• - Collaborate with department heads with to set budgets and allocate resources.
• - Lead risk management; advise on policies to reduce financial and operational risks.
• - Oversee accounting functions (including financial reports, ledger management, tax compliance, and payroll).
• - Manage external vendors

Requirements

• - 10+ years of experience in finance roles
• - Experience in team management.
• - Experience in B2B services industries (preferred)
