Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Head Bartender for their central Tokyo location. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage bar staff across multiple sites
- Develop cocktail menus incorporating Japanese beverage trends
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Train staff on cocktail preparation and service standards

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in bartending (mandatory)

- Knowledge of Japanese liquor and beverage trends
