A top global manufacturer based in Japan is looking for an experienced tax expert to lead its international tax strategy and compliance.

With operations in over 60 countries, the company is undergoing major changes. This role allows you to shape the global tax function and support the company's strategic goals.

The Global Tax Director will lead the global tax team, focusing on tax planning, compliance, audits, and support for mergers and acquisitions.

You will work with regional teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia to ensure compliance with international tax laws.

- グローバル税務戦略とガバナンスの策定・実施
- 移転価格、コンプライアンス、税務報告の監督
- 国際税法および構造的変化に関する専門的アドバイスの提供
- 税務監査の支援、紛争管理、規制機関とのコミュニケーション
- 世界各地の財務、法務、経営陣との緊密な協力

応募資格：

- 国際税務における豊富な経験
- クロスボーダー税務構造の深い理解
- 日本語と英語に堪能
- 優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
- CPAや税理士などの専門資格があれば尚可
