• - Lead budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes
• - Deliver financial analysis and KPI reporting for management decisions
• - Execute M&A transactions with financial modeling and due diligence
• - Lead equity and debt financing initiatives and investor communication
• - Design and administer equity incentive plans like stock options
• - Support CFO in strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects

• - Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy consulting
• - Strong expertise in financial modeling and budgeting
• - Business-level English proficiency
• - Conversational-level Japanese
• - Strong communication skills to engage senior executives
• - Experience with SaaS or technology-driven companies is preferred but not mandatory
• - Knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting matters is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with M&A transactions and fundraising activities is preferred but not mandatory
