Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global performance management initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement through strategic initiatives
- Implement talent management strategies globally
- Collaborate with HR teams to align global HR practices

Qualifications:

- 3+ years HR planning or HRBP experience
- Experience in talent management consulting
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Experience with global performance management systems
- Knowledge of automotive industry HR practices is preferred but not mandatory
