We are seeking a Global Business Risk Consultant for a global consulting group.

You will deliver risk management and internal audit services to both international and Japanese subsidiaries.

業務内容:

• 業務の課題を特定し、解決策を提案するための評価を実施。
• 地域本部での運営の確立と強化をサポート。
• 海外子会社のためのリスク管理フレームワークの開発と実行、特に詐欺リスク診断を含む。
• 国際ビジネス活動および内部コントロールプロセスの監視システムの構築と管理。
• 内部監査機能のアウトソーシングおよびコーソーシングサービスを提供し、内部監査システムの開発を支援。

応募資格:

• 内部監査、内部統制、ガバナンス、国際業務、M&A、監査業務のうち1つ以上に3年以上の経験。
• 優遇される資格：公認会計士、USCPA、公認内部監査人。
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力（TOEIC 700点以上または同等のスキル）。
