Our client in the consulting are searching for an International Audit and Assurance Specialist for their Tokyo operations.

This is a rare opportunity that does not require Japanese fluency!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits using Japanese and international standards.
• Perform audits as per the Securities and Exchange Act and Companies Act.
• Work on audits based on International and US Auditing Standards.
• Conduct J-SOX internal control audits.
• Handle audits in line with the US Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Provide financial guidance.
• Assist in certification service tasks.

Requirements:

• CPA certification.
• Experience in audit and assurance.
• English proficiency.
• Japanese not required.
