Fund Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Fund Operations Specialist for our client in the asset management industry to join their Tokyo office.

This role will help you grow from fund accounting into various operational areas, supporting the client’s growth in Europe and Asia. The position offers competitive pay, career growth, and a chance to work in a dynamic and team-focused environment.

主な業務内容

キャッシュの照合および注文の配置、信託銀行への指示
ポートフォリオ照合の実施（ポジション、価格設定、収益を含む）
ファンドの立ち上げ、移管、合併などの複雑な取引の処理
年次財務諸表の作成と監査管理
規制報告の処理と日本銀行とのコミュニケーション
規制や業務に影響を与える業界の変化に関する最新情報の取得
価格設定とファンドパフォーマンスの確認、日々の業務監督
経費の監視と正確な日次NAV計算の確保
販売代理店のオンボーディングおよび代理投票報告のサポート
投資家およびコンサルタント向けの定期および特別レポートの作成
手続きおよびリスク管理に重点を置いたプロジェクトへの参加

応募資格

ファンド会計/オペレーションに関連する資格または豊富な経験を持つ方。カストディアン環境の知識があると尚可
強力な数値および分析スキル。ExcelおよびWordに精通していること
日本語と英語のバイリンガル
異なる対象者とのコミュニケーションが得意で、挑戦を楽しめる方
効率向上のための業務プロセスの改善
複雑な情報を効果的に処理して問題解決ができる
多様な視点を尊重し、チームで協力して働ける方
