Full-Stack Engineer

Our client in the insurance industry is currently seeking a talented and experienced Bilingual Full-Stack Engineer to join their Application Engineering Division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within the insurance sector and expand your technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an Agile development team to design, implement, and maintain web applications
• Analyze user requirements and integrate them into new and existing systems
• Participate in various stages of development, including coding, testing, and providing user acceptance test support
• Manage and execute maintenance tasks for team-managed applications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of programming experience
• Strong Japanese communication skills
• Front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Server-side development experience with languages such as Node.js, Java, Go, Ruby on Rails, Python, or PHP
• Knowledge of web application architecture, infrastructure, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
• Desirable: Experience with web application design, security, Salesforce development, modern web frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Angular), WebAPI, CI/CD, RDB/NoSQL DB, mobile app development (primarily iOS), Agile development, and Git/Github/Bitbucket
• Desirable: English communication skills
