主な業務内容

フロント業務の監督：チェックイン、チェックアウト、予約管理を通じてホテルの高い基準を維持

スタッフの育成：フロントデスクスタッフのトレーニングとモチベーションアップを行い、現金取り扱い、セキュリティ、クレジットポリシーの遵守を徹底

ゲストサービス：お客様からの問い合わせ対応、VIP対応、苦情処理を迅速かつ的確に行う

団体予約の調整：ビジネスセンターサービスのサポート、ミーティングでの情報共有

改善の提案：お客様のフィードバックを活用し、サービス向上に努める

応募資格

英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力：多様なゲストやスタッフと効果的に交流できる

Microsoft OfficeおよびOperaシステムの知識があれば尚可

フロントオフィスまたはゲストサービスでの3年以上の経験：スーパーバイザー経験者優遇

優れた組織能力と問題解決能力：サービスの質と効率を維持するためのフォーカス
