FP&A Manager – Digital & Technology Division

We are seeking an FP&A Manager to support the Digital & Technology Division of a major entertainment company.

This role serves as a key link between the Japan team and U.S. headquarters, focusing on project-based financial support. It’s a great opportunity for tech-savvy professionals with strong English communication skills and cross-functional experience—even those with limited direct FP&A background. You'll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and involvement in innovative tech-driven initiatives.

主な業務内容:

- プロジェクトのコスト、スケジュール、ポートフォリオを管理し、デジタル＆テクノロジー部門をサポートします。

- 月次の財務レビューを実施し、関係者にインサイトを共有します。

- コスト最適化の方法を特定し、提案します。

- 製品ライフサイクル全体での予算編成、予測、財務分析を担当します。

応募資格:

- ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語が堪能であること。

- FP&Aまたは経理のバックグラウンドを持ち、月次決算、予算編成、予測の経験がある方。

- プロジェクト管理とスケジュール管理の経験。

- 財務または会計の資格（MBA、CPAなど）があれば尚可。

- SAPシステムの知識があるとなお良し。

- テーマパーク、レジャー、製造業などでのFP&Aまたは企業計画の経験があると望ましい。

- 優れた問題解決能力と結果重視の姿勢。

- 卓越した数値分析力と分析スキルを持ち、複雑なアイデアを明確に説明できる方。

- 部門横断的なプロジェクトでのリーダーシップ経験があり、自律的に働ける方。

- 関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、影響を与える能力。

- 高い倫理基準を持ち、積極的な姿勢で判断力のある方。

- 広い視野を持ちながら、詳細な実行に集中できる能力を持つ方。
