Financial Controller

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join a leading company in the renewable energy field in Tokyo. You will manage financial operations in Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, ensuring alignment with global accounting standards and strong financial reporting. This role offers a hybrid work setup and a no-overtime policy, promoting work-life balance.

主な業務内容：

- 月次、四半期、年次の財務決算プロセスを全ての法人、プロジェクトSPVを含めてリードする
- 国際的および国内の会計基準を満たす財務諸表を作成およびレビュー
- 複数の地域での成長を支えるため、内部会計方針やシステムを強化
- 外部監査を支援し、税務顧問と協力して税務申告を管理
- キャッシュフローと流動性を管理
- 会計チームを監督し、管理会計および法定会計を作成
- 定期的に取締役会および株主向けに財務報告を行う
- 銀行との関係を管理し、財務予測を作成
- 取締役会議事録や株主決議を必要に応じて作成

応募資格：

- ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
- 財務および会計分野での7年以上の経験、特に多国籍環境での経験が望ましい
- IFRS、日本基準会計、および多法人構造に関する強い知識
- 機関投資家や金融スポンサーとの経験
- 国境を超えたチームを管理する能力
- CPA、ACCAなどの会計資格があれば尚可
- 台湾、韓国、オーストラリアなどのAPAC地域での経験が望ましい
