Financial Controller - Real Estate Investment Firm

We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join a top global real estate investment firm in Tokyo.

This role is key in aligning fund operations with strategic goals and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will be responsible for keeping financial data accurate, protecting assets, and aiding in strategic decisions. This position allows you to work on important projects and shape the financial strategies of a respected investment management company.

主な職務内容：

- 資産およびSPV（特別目的事業体）運営に関するサービスプロバイダーとのコミュニケーションおよび報告を管理
- 内部システムを使用した支払い指示書および承認書類の作成
- 詳細な報告資料の作成
- 不動産データの正確かつ迅速な収集を確保
- プロパティマネージャーとの強固な関係を構築し、データ品質とレスポンスを向上
- 新しいプロパティマネージャーを会社のシステムに導入
- データ品質を確保するための管理プロセスの実施
- 滞納および訴訟のレビューを実施
- 資産データに関連するプロジェクトへの参加
- 社内外の関係者と連携し、新規または売却物件の運営をサポート

応募資格：

- 学士号以上
- 日本語に堪能であること、英語スキルがあれば尚可
- 不動産投資、信託銀行、プロパティマネジメントの経験があると望ましい
- ファンド構造および財務管理に関する知識があることが望ましい
- 国際的な環境でのチームワークおよび対人スキルに優れていること
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語力があれば尚可
- 起業家精神と成果志向のアプローチ
