We are working with a leading consulting, tax, and accounting firm to find a skilled Financial Auditor specializing in Real Estate and Asset Management Funds. This role is based in Tokyo and offers a great opportunity for career growth in financial auditing. 職務内容:

- 不動産投資ファンド、特にREITや資産流動化法に基づく特定目的会社の財務監査を実施
- 証券投資信託や投資事業有限責任組合など、他のファンドの監査業務を遂行
- ファンド監査に関連する業務を実施し、遵守性と正確性を確保

応募資格:

- 日本の公認会計士 (CPA)、または試験合格者
- 米国公認会計士 (US CPA) 資格、または試験合格者で、3年以上の会計経験または日本簿記検定2級以上
- ファンドまたは不動産管理の経験
- 財務監査の経験
- 金融機関またはコンサルティングファームでの実務経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 850点以上推奨）
