Financial Accounting Outsourcing - Manager or Senior Manager grade!

Our client are a global professional services / BPO group, recruiting a management role for their Financial Accounting Outsourcing team. You'll manage a team, & work directly with major global clients.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead & manage a team.
• - Design & propose solutions for clients' accounting, finance, and tax issues.
• - Supervising project work from start to finish.
• - Lead client operations (including business process analysis, design, and execution).
• - Handle delivery issues, contracts, schedules, costs, quality, risks, staffing, and daily operations.

Qualifications:

• - 10+ years experience in one of the following: accounting / finance / tax departments of multinational companies / global firms.
• - Prior experience in outsourcing, consulting, and / or client management (preferred).
• - Team management experience.
• - Relevant qualifications preferred (eg. CPA, USCPA, tax accountant, or similar).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
