Finance Manager – Global Tech Company

We are looking for a Finance Manager for a global tech company to lead financial operations and strategic projects. You will manage financial processes for three subsidiary companies, handle financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and support the creation of new business divisions.

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and reports.

Analyze differences between budgeted and actual financial results.

Prepare monthly management reports.

Handle financial tasks related to mergers and acquisitions.

Manage cash flow and contribute to financial planning.

Help set up new business units as the company grows.

Lead a team of 6 to 8 people.

職務内容:

月次、四半期、および年次の財務決算とレポートの管理。

予算と実際の財務結果の差異分析。

月次経営報告書の作成。

合併・買収に関連する財務業務の担当。

キャッシュフローの管理および財務計画への貢献。

会社の成長に伴う新規事業部門の立ち上げ支援。

6～8名のチームをリード。

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of accounting experience.

Experience or interest in financial planning and analysis.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in improving processes with multiple business units.

Knowledge of consolidated financial statements.

Experience in fast-paced environments.
