Finance Manager

Overall responsibility
Support Financial Controller and partly to the GM of Japan. Responsible for all aspects of the finance function within Watson-Marlow Japan including reporting, general financial control issues and for continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the finance function.

- Preparation of monthly review report (MPR) for local use, and preparation of quarterly report including

- Preparation of quarterly forecast (LE) and annual budget (PLAN) providing supporting data and full

- Preparation and circulation of employee related statistics including actual and FTE head count

Qualification & Experience:

• Over 8 years work experience in finance and accounting
• Work experience in foreign multinational companies. (Small Japanese subsidiary of listed foreign company is much preferable)
• Speak and write fluent English and business level Japanese.
• Holding public accounting qualifications (CPA, MBA, BATIC, FASS and etc) is preferable.
• Good communication and presentation skill
