Our client is seeking a Finance Control and HR Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director of APAC Finance and AS HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting tasks: budgeting, forecasting, analytics
• Facilitate Japanese GAAP to IFRS transition
• Administer HR operations: compliance, talent management
• Uphold international financial and HR regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or Controller role in an international context
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Experience in converting Japanese GAAP to IFRS
