Our client are global consulting firm seeking consultants skilled in M&A and Sustainability. You'll work on major clients, advising clients on how to incorporate sustainability and ESG factors into business strategies and M&A processes.

【職務内容】

• ビジネスポートフォリオの最適化にサステナビリティとESGの考慮事項を統合する。
• M&Aライフサイクル全体でのESGデューデリジェンスを実施し、PMIサポートを提供する。
• ESG関連リスクを評価し、価値評価を実施する。
• サステナビリティを通じてビジネス価値を高める戦略を開発する。
• サステナビリティ取り組みの効果を評価し、関連する内部及び外部コミュニケーションを管理する。

【応募資格】

• M&A分野での最低5年の経験、ESGプロジェクトに携わった経験があれば尚可。
• 戦略コンサルティング、財務アドバイザリー業務、デューデリジェンス、プリディール戦略/ビジネスプランニング、ポストディール統合、価値評価/モデリング、または不正調査/内部統制評価の分野での専門知識。
• サステナビリティとESGの原則に関する強固な知識。
• 優れた分析力、戦略的思考力、コミュニケーションスキル。
