業務内容:

• 経営層への業務支援を提供
• スケジュール管理、会議の調整、出張手配
• 報告書、プレゼンテーション、文書の正確な作成
• 社内外の関係者との効果的なコミュニケーション
• 経営会議やイベントの企画・運営、全てのロジスティクスを担当
• 機密情報の厳重な取り扱い

応募資格:

• 金融または不動産業界でのエグゼクティブアシスタントまたは同様の職務経験
• 優れた組織力と時間管理能力
• 英語の読み書きと会話が堪能（日本語能力があれば尚可）
• 優れた対人スキルとビジネスマナー
• 自立して働く能力とチームでの協働力
