Responsibilities

• Lead both talent acquisition and management.
• Develop employee engagement strategies.
• Manage global HR projects
• Collaborate with APAC teams on major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in talent management or HR.
• Experience in talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and laws.
• Ability to work in a global environment.
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
