Our client

A leading multinational in the apparel, fashion, and lifestyle brand industry, is seeking a Director of Logistics & Distribution for their Japan operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and optimize the domestic supply chain network, focusing on logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Enjoy a flexible work style with the option to work from home at least twice a week, and a competitive annual salary of approximately 16M JPY plus a 10% bonus.

職務内容

- 国内全ブランドおよびチャネルのサプライチェーンネットワークの監督
- ベンダー関係管理および契約交渉
- 入荷物流と通関プロセスの指導
- 3PLパートナーとの倉庫運営の最適化
- APAC製品インテグリティチームと品質管理イニシアチブの実施
- 業務効率とコスト最適化のための戦略の開発
- APACチームと地域物流戦略の協力

応募資格

- 国際的な小売/ファッション企業での10年以上のロジスティクス経験
- 通関および倉庫業務の深い知識
- 3PLの管理経験; 倉庫移転の経験があれば尚可
- ERP、WMS、TMS、POS、PowerBIの熟練度
- 英語力（ネイティブまたは高いビジネスレベル）
- 日本語の流暢さ（必須）
- B2Cビジネスモデルの経験
- 強力なプロジェクト管理スキル
