The primary business language of this role is English. Business-level Japanese ability will be highly advantageous.


Enhance client offerings, including accommodations and activities.
Serve as primary user and trainer for the CRM system.
Update departmental standards and SOPs.
Coordinate service bookings with external suppliers.
Prepare client event costing sheets for RFP submissions.
Assist with client site inspections and FAM trips.
Handle invoicing and produce departmental reports regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in event planning.
Experience with group activities and meetings (preferred).
Fluent in English.
Business-level Japanese ability highly preferred.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
