Our client is leading international consumer goods company, recruiting an Event Manager. You'll lead a wide range of special events and recognition programs, with opportunities for international travel.

This is a team management role. You'll gain global exposure & have a chance to grow professionally in both strategic planning and branding.

Responsibilities

• - Lead and manage a team.
• - Lead all aspects special events, recognition programs, and health & wellness experiences.
• - Manage the planning and execution of both domestic and international events (including budgeting and vendor negotiations).
• - Collaborate internal with stakeholders to define event objectives (eg. budget, messaging, and audience).

Requirements

• - At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning and project management roles.
• - Understanding of branding principles.
• - Strong financial management skills, focusing on revenue growth and budget control.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
