Our client is a fast-growing startup that builds products that remove communication friction and help teams collaborate with clarity and speed.They are looking to launch a new product and shape the future of communication. 

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~5 engineers and drive the delivery of their next major product. You’ll focus on people, process, and execution—while partnering closely with a Tech Lead who owns architecture. This is a chance to build a high-performing team from the ground up, align engineering delivery with business and product goals and contribute hands-on when needed.


Requirements
  • 3+ years managing engineering teams (5+ members)
  • Hands-on web application development experience
  • Strong ability to drive delivery and reduce ambiguity
  • Proven track record aligning engineering work with business needs
  • Fluency in English, Japanese is a plus
