Key Responsibilities
- Steering the global e-commerce D2C strategy.
- Maintaining uniformity of online brand identity across all D2C platforms.
- Advancing digital services for D2C platforms, enhancing customer experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with Retail and CRM teams to improve the Online-to-Offline (O2O) customer experience.
- Upgrading the brand's master website with the latest optimizations.
- Assisting global e-commerce expansion and local D2C openings.
- Optimizing e-commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through robust online strategies.
- Analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and sharing insights with the management team.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Clients product portfolio and operations.
- Expertise in managing e-business and brand websites.
- Understanding of market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour in the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Prior experience in the beauty or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
