We are seeking a skilled Localization Editor to join our team in Tokyo.

In this role, you will adapt international content for Japanese readers, ensuring the original message is conveyed clearly and resonates with the local audience. Your work will play a key role in enhancing audience engagement through culturally relevant and impactful content.

業務内容

- ローカル読者を引きつけるための記事の翻訳と適応
- 翻訳する記事を重要性と関連性に基づいて選定
- ブランド基準に沿ったスタイルを維持しつつ、元の意味を保持
- 権利処理を管理し、記事のスケジュールを調整
- チームメンバーと協力して、スムーズでタイムリーなコンテンツ配信を実現

応募資格

- 記事の翻訳および編集の経験が3年以上、特にファッションや関連分野での経験が望ましい
- 英語から日本語へのコンテンツ翻訳およびローカライズに強いスキルを持ち、優れた日本語の文章力を有すること
- 翻訳に文化的なニュアンスを取り入れる能力
- 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（話し言葉と書き言葉の両方）
- デジタルコンテンツ作成およびSEOの経験
- ファッションおよびライフスタイルのトレンドに関する知識
- 社内外のチームと効果的に連携する能力
- グローバルメディアブランドと編集基準への理解
- 追加の言語翻訳スキルがあると尚可
