A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join their Tokyo team. This role is key to boosting brand visibility and engaging consumers through strategic online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute e-commerce marketing plans to connect with professional power-tool users.
- Oversee brand activities on online retail platforms, focusing on advertising and content to increase brand awareness.
- Keep up with industry trends and technologies to boost brand engagement.
- Handle logistics for e-commerce campaigns, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Work with the internal e-commerce sales team to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Lead problem-solving during major sales events to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets with the finance team to get the best return on investment.
- Track and report on e-commerce marketing activities, using insights to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure all brand experiences match the company's identity and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create unified brand experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of brand marketing experience, mainly in the Japanese market.
- At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience, including managing Amazon media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
- Experience in B2C marketing within multinational brands, especially in FMCG or luxury sectors, is preferred.
