- 多様なチームをリードし、プロセスの効率化を図る
- スムーズな運営とタイムリーな注文履行のための手続きを策定し実施
- 他部門と連携し、プロセスを強化し、最良の結果を達成
- 調達、在庫、予算管理を監督し、ビジネス目標を達成
- 定期的なパフォーマンスレポートを提供し、データを用いて戦略的意思決定を行う
- 東京オフィスと本社間の良好なコミュニケーションを確保する
- チーム内での継続的改善とプロフェッショナルな成長の文化を育む

応募資格：

- 倉庫、製造、または流通の分野で7年以上の管理経験
- 高成長でスピード感のある環境での強いリーダーシップ能力
- 日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力を有する方
- アメリカと日本のビジネス文化に対する深い理解
- 強力な分析力と問題解決能力
- 日本での就労許可があること
