An upcoming international hotel in Sapporo, scheduled to open in July 2024, seeks a Director of Operations. Located near central transport links, the hotel will feature more than 300 rooms, with full facilities including Onsen.

You will oversee a wide variety of functions at the hotel. This is an opportunity to join a major hotel at the pre-opening stage, and take on a key leadership role in its opening and development.

職務内容：

• ビジネス目標に沿ってホテル運営を総括する。
• ゲストサービスの監視と改善で顧客満足度と利益を向上させる。
• 財務面の管理、予算と運営費用の監督。
• 各部門の責任者を指導し、運営基準の達成をサポート。
• 優れたゲストサービスの提供と問題解決。
• 従業員の成長を促す人材戦略の実施。

応募資格：

• ビジネス管理、ホテル・レストラン経営学、または関連分野で2年制の学位取得後4年以上の経験、または4年制学位取得後2年以上の経験。
• ゲストサービス、フロントデスク、ハウスキーピング、セールス、マーケティング、または管理業務の経験。
• チームのリード能力。
