Digital Communication Manager - Global Cosmetic Brand

Looking for a bilingual (Japanese native level and English Business level and above) Digital Marketing Manager with working permit in Japan to join a passionate digital communication team to be in charge of all digital communiation activity for a major cosmetic brand.

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for

• Management of 3 team members
• Plan mid-term and long-term digital strategy for business growth
• Make contribution to revenue of E-commerce and retail shops
• Increase brand awareness and likablity
• Digital PR
• Social media marketing
• Plan and execute digital campaigns
• To increase new acquisiton of customers in omni-channel
• Plan and execute web ads, performance media (SEM, affiliate, display ads)

Requirements:

• People management experiences
• LINE ads
• Business level English and above to communicate with HQ overseas
• Native level Japanese to write Japanese copy
• Perferablly from cosmetic industry, FMCG with EC platform experiences
