Our Client

Our client, a global data center and digital infrastructure platform headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Data Center IT, Cybersecurity, Analytics Manager. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead the digital infrastructure, security posture, and analytics capabilities of mission-critical systems, optimizing IT operations and driving data-driven decision-making. The position is full-time and based in Singapore or Japan, with a focus on strategic markets across Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Oversee analytics platforms for data center performance
- Lead IT infrastructure strategy and cloud integration
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage cybersecurity compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
- Implement predictive analytics for system failure anticipation
- Supervise IT staff to align with business goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or AWS Security (highly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT management
- At least 2 years of experience in a data centre environment
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, and secure software development
- Experience with analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR compliance
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, PAM, MFA, and AI-driven threat detection
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Japanese (preferred)
