主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

CRMシステムの導入と顧客体験の向上を推進

プロジェクトのスケジュールと達成目標の管理

IT部門やマーケティング部門と連携してプロジェクトを実行

プロジェクト要件の収集と優先順位付け

グローバルチームとのプロジェクト調整

多様なステークホルダーへのニーズの伝達

• Implement CRM systems to enhance customer experience
• Manage CRM projects to meet timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with IT and marketing for project execution
• Gather and prioritize CRM project requirements
• Coordinate CRM projects with global teams
• Communicate CRM project needs to diverse stakeholders

応募資格 / Qualifications:

日本語が母国語レベルであること（必須）

ECまたはCRMシステムプロジェクトでの3年以上の経験（必須）

システムプロジェクトにおけるクロスファンクショナルチームでの経験（3年以上）

日本語と英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（話す・書く）

SalesforceやHubSpotなどのCRMツールの使用経験があれば尚可

JiraやTrelloなどのプロジェクト管理ソフトの知識があれば尚可

顧客体験の最適化技術に関する理解があれば尚可

• Japanese language proficiency at native level (mandatory)
• 3+ years experience in EC or CRM system projects (mandatory)
• Experience with cross-functional teams for system projects (3+ years)
• Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English (speaking and writing)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with project management software like Jira or Trello is preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of customer experience optimization technologies is preferred but not mandatory
