職務内容

• CRM戦略の開発と実装
• コンセプトから配信、結果分析に至るまでのCRMキャンペーンの管理
• LINE CRM/eDMの適用
• RFM（最近性、頻度、金額）分析による顧客行動パターンの特定
• コミュニケーションデザインと戦略立案の取り組みの監督

必要資格

• マーケティングの経験最低5年以上、その中にCRM管理の経験を含む
• 化粧品または小売業界での実績があれば尚可
• LINE CRM/eDMの適用に習熟
• RFM分析の豊富な知識
• CRM戦略の開発と実装に関する実績
