Our client, a leading company in the sports industry with a focus on the golf market, is seeking a Country Manager for Japan. This role offers the opportunity to establish and execute strategic business plans while overseeing full P&L management and business performance. 業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- ビジネス戦略の策定と実行
- P&L管理およびビジネスパフォーマンスの監督
- 市場動向の分析および経営課題の特定
- 主要な課題とKPIを韓国本社へ報告
- 日本市場への参入と拡大の主導
- 地元ゴルフ業界関係者とのパートナーシップ構築

- Establish and execute business strategies for Japan
- Oversee P&L management and business performance in Japan
- Analyze market trends and identify management priorities
- Report major issues and KPIs to HQ in Korea
- Lead the Japanese market entry and expansion efforts
- Develop partnerships with local golf industry stakeholders

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- スポーツ業界での20年以上の経験（営業および事業運営を含む）
- 日本のスポーツ市場、特にゴルフ市場に関する深い理解
- ディレクター以上のリーダーシップ経験
- 日本語の堪能さ（必須）
- 英語のスキルがあれば尚可

- 20+ years in sports industry, including sales and business operations
- Deep understanding of Japanese sports/golf market
- Leadership experience at Director level or above
- Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
