• ブランドマーケティング戦略の開発と実行。
• 製品開発イニシアティブのリード。
• キャンペーン戦略と製品発売に向けた市場調査の実施。
• ブランドの可視性を高めるための各種メディアを通じたマーケティング計画の管理。
• パフォーマンスとROIに基づくマーケティングキャンペーンの評価と調整。
• ブランドの収益性を確保するための予算管理。
• 外部ベンダーの管理。

応募資格:

• 4年以上のマーケティング経験。
• FMCGおよび/または化粧品業界での経験。
• 製品開発の実績（優遇）。
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力（TOEIC 700+ または同等）。
• 高い商業理解と協働の姿勢。
