業務内容：

• 複雑な合併・買収案件の管理と実行をサポート
• デューデリジェンスおよび法律調査の実施
• 法律文書や契約書の作成、レビュー、交渉
• クライアントとの会議や戦略計画におけるシニア弁護士のサポート

応募資格：

• 企業法務、特にM&Aにおける豊富な経験
• 優れた分析力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力
• スピード感のある環境での業務遂行能力
• 英語と日本語の堪能さが望ましい
