Consumer Engagement Senior Manager


We are seeking a Consumer Engagement Senior Manager to lead digital marketing efforts, boost brand visibility, and drive profits. This role involves coordinating digital projects focused on consumers, managing direct-to-consumer sales, and creating engaging content to improve customer experience. It's a chance to significantly impact digital consumer engagement and help grow well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Lead digital marketing projects with teams and agencies.
  • - Manage LINE communication and analyze performance.
  • - Improve CRM processes to boost consumer engagement.
  • - Oversee daily operations of the direct-to-consumer store.
  • - Create strategies to increase online sales and customer interaction.
  • - Run effective online promotions to increase sales.
  • - Research digital consumer behavior and engagement.
  • - Provide detailed reports on consumer data to guide decisions.
  • - Work with stakeholders to set KPIs for program success.


Qualifications

  • - Fluent in Japanese and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • - 4-5 years of experience in project management, consumer insights, or business analytics.
  • - Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • - Experience managing official LINE accounts is preferred.
  • - Background in advertising, research, or related fields is helpful.
  • - Creative, open-minded, and proactive team player.
  • - Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) required.
